Donna Beck
has worked in all areas of broadcasting, as well as well
as in public relations since 1987. Guided by her media
background, she founded dbM to provide clients the necessary
tools and techniques to ensure they deliver clear messages
in a cluttered world. She knows what media outlets need and
want, and she knows how to give it to them.
Beck has been a writer, producer, reporter and talk show host
for television and radio programs throughout New York, New
Jersey, and Philadelphia. She is currently a nightly news writer
for a major TV station in NYC, and teaches reading, writing
and public speaking at a middle school in New Jersey. Her expertise
and professionalism has earned her numerous awards in journalism,
education and volunteering.

She
has a masters degree in corporate communication from Fairleigh
Dickinson University, a masters degree in school principal supervision
from St. Peter’s College, and a bachelors degree in Journalism
from Fairleigh Dickinson University, located in New Jersey.
Beck is an exceptional communicator, creative writer and outstanding speaker.
Her experiences in various newsrooms give her personal insight, to what types
of stories media outlets are looking for. When not working, she is the founder
and chairperson of the Black Alumni Chapter at Fairleigh Dickinson University,
and a youth home volunteer for an adoption agency.
